Job Description

Job Summary

The Team Leader Operations is responsible for managing a team of associates handling international processes, driving productivity, quality, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, guide, and motivate a team handling international operations
Monitor daily productivity, quality, attendance, and adherence
Act as first point of contact for escalations and client issues
Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and feedback meetings
Support training and onboarding of new team members
Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
