Own end-to-end analytics for business problems: data extraction, analysis, visualization, and insights
Design and deliver executive-ready dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and KPIs
Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Partner with business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making
Mentor junior analysts and review analytical outputs for quality
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of reports

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
6+ years of relevant analytics experience
Key Skills:
Experience working with large, structured datasets
Advanced Tableau and Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning)
Solid SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions)
Business storytelling and insight communication
Statistics and exploratory data analysis
Stakeholder management and problem framing
Preferred Qualification:
Experience working in enterprise or data-rich environments
