Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Retail Promoter

Promote and demonstrate products to customers at retail stores or outlets.
Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable products.
Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively explain features, benefits, and usage.
Ensure proper display, merchandising, and stock availability at the counter.
Build and maintain good relationships with store staff and customers.
Handle basic customer queries, objections, and provide after-sales support guidance.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales/marketing team.
Keep track of competitor activities and report market trends.
Maintain daily sales reports and inventory updates.
