Job Purpose
To support the FMS Head in managing hospitality and facility operations, including cafeteria services, vendor coordination, maintenance activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Hospitality Management
- Support execution of maintenance programs for facility upkeep (interior & exterior).
- Oversee cafeteria and food & beverage (F&B) services.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with vendor agreements and service level standards.
- Monitor vendor performance and service delivery.
Procurement & Financial Coordination
- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) and process Purchase Orders (PO) through SAP.
- Verify and process vendor invoices and bills.
- Coordinate with Finance for timely vendor payments.
- Maintain PR-to-PO tracking and control sheets.
Reporting & Documentation
- Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
- Maintain documentation related to contracts, expenses, and operations.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with internal departments, HODs, and employees.
- Coordinate with FMS teams across locations for data consolidation and support.

- Timely completion of tasks and reporting
- Cost control and budget adherence
- Service quality and user satisfaction
- Vendor performance and compliance
