We are hiring for one of India's leading IT & consulting organizations for the position of Associate Manager - CDM Role.
Summary
An Associate Manager in Clinical Data Management (CDM) leads teams in cleaning, validating, and managing clinical trial data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. They oversee data collection, query resolution, and database design, bridging the gap between clinical research and technology.
Key Skills
- At Least 8 Years Study Leading Experience in Conducting and close out CDM activities
- Strong hands-on experience in Veeva Vault
- Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Clinical Data Management (CDM) activities for assigned clinical studies.
- Manage study start-up, conduct, database lock, and closeout activities within timelines.
- Oversee clinical database build, edit checks, UAT, and data validation processes.
- Perform data cleaning, query management, and reconciliation activities to ensure high-quality clinical data.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Medical Monitoring, and Programming teams.
- Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve data management documents such as DMP, CRF annotations, and data review plans.
- Manage SAE reconciliation, external vendor data reconciliation, and medical coding activities.
- Track study metrics, risks, issues, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
- Support database lock activities and ensure timely study closeout deliverables.
- Utilize Veeva Vault for study data management activities.
- Mentor junior team members and support process improvement initiatives.
