As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This Role serves as the main liaison for project-related communications, ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and continuous improvement of application performance, while overseeing the integration of various components to meet project goals effectively.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams to facilitate project progress.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Neotys NeoLoad.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans to evaluate application scalability and reliability.
- Experience in analyzing test results and identifying performance bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance testing efficiency.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
