The Role requires working closely with different teams to ensure that the software meets specific business requirements. The engineer applies iterative development methods to deliver scalable and efficient solutions, continuously refining and adapting the software to align with evolving project goals and client expectations. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align project objectives and Technical Execution.

Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver software projects efficiently.
- Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
- Skilled in using project management tools to track progress and report status.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptability.Additional Information:
