About the Role
Senior Full Stack Developer to build enterprise-grade applications using Python, Django, Microservices,Angular/ React, and cloud technologies. You will own modules end-to-end, mentor engineers, and influence architecture.
Experience Range: 8 to 15 years
Education: (BE, B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MSc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level design for applications and databases.
- Design and implement end-to-end architecture on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Work extensively with AWS Aurora DB, ensuring optimal data modeling and performance tuning.
- Build and deploy AWS Lambda functions, APIs, GraphQL services, and backend automations.
- Develop full-stack solutions using Python, ReactJS, AWS services.
- Provide technical leadership to development teamsdesign reviews, architecture guidance, component reusability, and coding best practices.
- Build POCs, reusable frameworks, and foundation components.
- Ensure code quality via unit testing, code reviews, automation frameworks.
- Monitor and optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Drive technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Review team deliverables and coach developers on engineering & cloud best practices.
Technical Skills Must Have
Backend & Language
- Strong hands-on experience in Python
- Expertise in building scalable backend architectures
- Strong understanding of design patterns & best practices
AWS Cloud
- Lambda (expert level)
- Aurora DB
- API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, SNS/SQS
- Understanding of IAM, VPC, serverless patterns
- AWS certification (preferred)
Frontend
- React.js
- Angular.js
- GraphQL
- Databases
- AWS Aurora DB (MySQL/PostgreSQL compatible)
- Designing efficient schema, performance tuning, query optimization
DevOps / CI/CD
- Git
- CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation optional)
Architecture
- Strong experience with:
- Solution architecture
- Cloud-native design
- Event-driven systems
- Serverless microservices
