- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining business-critical applications to ensure high availability.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and automation frameworks related to application support.
- Capability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Additional Information:
