Job Role: Turtlemint - Sales Executive Health & Life Insurance

Location: Virar West, Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and result-driven Sales Executives with a background in Health or Life Insurance. The role involves driving sales, managing partner relationships, and achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Health and Life Insurance products to customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers in policy selection
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Health or Life Insurance sales (Mandatory)
• Education: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or Graduate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
• Experience in partner management will be an added advantage

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: Up to 25,000 per month
• Performance-Based Incentives: Up to 50,000 per month
• Attractive incentive structure with high earning potential for consistent performers

Work Details:

• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday
