Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities:Coordinate domestic and international business travel including air tickets, accommodation and surface travel
  • Ensure adherence to travel entitlements, approvals, and SLAs; highlight deviations and obtain approvals where required
  • Act as the POC for employees on travel queries
  • Liaise with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), airlines, hotels, and cab vendors to ensure service delivery
  • Support cost optimization initiatives
  • Maintain travel data and support MIS, dashboards, compliance, and spend reports
  • Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and adoption of selfbooking tools
