As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will engage in strategic planning and problem-solving, ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track and aligned with organizational goals. Your Role will require a proactive approach to leadership, fostering collaboration and driving the team towards success in a dynamic environment.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and address any project challenges.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies to enhance efficiency.Professional & Technical Skills:
