Job Title: Specialist I

Dept: Global Resource Centre - Operations


Job Summary:

The Specialist I is responsible for performing activities involved in quote to order, ensuring accurate, timely fulfillment and maintaining excellent service.

This role involves coordinating with multiple departments, such as Sales and Product to ensure accurate data is reflected in TTI internal system.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and generation of quotes for components based on customer inquiries.
  • Enter requested quote details into the internal system with attention to accuracy and completeness.
  • Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders in the internal system and in a timely manner.
  • Verify pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Track and escalate any issues related to delayed shipments, backorders, or system errors.
  • Provide the highest quality of output.
  • Maintain accurate records of requests received and communications.

  • Coordinate issue resolution by working with the Sales and Product organizations to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work effectively with other team members, maintaining a high level of commitment to achieving goals.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner, maintaining trust and confidentiality.
  • Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Take initiative to expand knowledge for the position, utilizing all available sources.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Professional verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in typing and using MS office tools including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to use, read, and interpret spreadsheets, printed reports, and a dual terminal screen.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills thorough attention to details, able to prioritize and multitask and recognize the importance of timelines.
  • Be an extremely inquisitive and a quick learner.
  • Must be able to work under broadly defined policies and achieve stated goals.
  • Demonstrates the ability and desire to provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Requires any bachelors degree.
  • Min of 0-1years of relevant experience skills.
  • Completed professional training in a relevant business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (Preferred)
