- Role Overview:Guides and oversees Procurement Excellence Teams of experts, ensuring effective projects deliveryManages complex project delivery, promoting effective and cooperative problem solving, alignment and result oriented deliveryDrives innovation, analyzes market trends, explores and obtains best practices and technology market trendsEstablishes and reports performance metrics and projects status and updates
- Demonstrates and promotes organizational vision and valuesEngages and influences cross function key stakeholdersConcentrates on increasing competitive advantage of procurement service deliveryEnsures procurement activities comply with laws, regulations and sustainability commitments Continuously looks for possible improvements to the procurement processesGeneral Responsibilities or Accountabilities:Leads Procurement Excellence professionals in dispersed or complex environments, acting as a people manager to foster a collaborative and high performing teamServes as a coach and mentor to Procurement
