Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound voice enquiries from customers with missed or late payments, early signs of financial difficulty, or questions about repayment options.
Conduct income and expenditure discussions to understand customer circumstances and identify sustainable repayment solutions.
Support customers requesting repayment arrangements, breathing space, or variations to their payment plans.
Manage sensitive situations involving financial hardship, vulnerability disclosures, or emotional distress with empathy and professionalism.
Provide clear, non judgmental guidance on payment options, account impact, and next steps.

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1year experience in International collection process.
- Communication should be excellent
- Flexible for rotational shift timing ( UK shift timings)
- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
