Job Description

The Guest Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for all guest-facing operations of Firstpost.

Key Responsibilities

Line-up guests to fortify our storytelling

Serve as the main liaison for guests

Manage scheduling across time zones

Coordinate logistics for high-profile guests

Respond promptly to enquiries via email, phone

Coordinate onboarding for new guests, ensuring they understand platform features and policies

Handle escalations and address guest concerns, finding solutions that balance guest satisfaction with channel guidelines
