Key Responsibilities & Competencies HR Business Partner

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor to assigned business leaders and their teams, influencing peoplerelated decisions and providing proactive, balanced guidance across the employee lifecycle.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business unit strategies, objectives, and challenges, ensuring HR initiatives are closely aligned to drive value addition and measurable business outcomes.
  • Leverage people analytics and insights from employee satisfaction surveys, attrition trends, performance metrics, and engagement data to diagnose root causes and deliver evidencebased recommendations to leadership.
  • Act as an Employee Experience Builder, designing and implementing highimpact employee engagement initiatives, including Fun Fridays, teambuilding activities, wellness initiatives, and culturebuilding programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Drive and manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, ensuring timely, fair, and meaningful recognition aligned with performance, values, and business outcomes.
  • Conduct regular Employee Connects, actively listening to employee feedback, assessing sentiment using RAG (RedAmberGreen) tagging, and translating insights into actionable people interventions.
  • Partner with business leaders to address engagement gaps, people risks, and organizational health indicators in a timely, datadriven, and solutionoriented manner.
