Job Summary:
Lead project planning, scheduling, and monitoring for multiple large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, budgets, and timelines while enabling effective decision-making for leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and monitoring of multiple projects across regions/ pan India.
- Track project performance, identify risks/bottlenecks, and drive timely corrective actions.
- Review progress with Regional Heads and Project Managers; ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Standardize planning processes, MIS, and reporting frameworks for effective project control.
- Drive delay analysis, recovery planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and resource optimization.
- Implement advanced planning tools and improve productivity and cost efficiency.
- Lead and mentor planning teams; support leadership with data-driven insights.
- Should have handled and worked at Corporate role in Planning & Monitoring function/ Project coordination function.
Desired Profile:
- 22+ years of experience in project planning & scheduling in construction/infrastructure.
- Expertise in Primavera/MS Project, delay analysis, and project controls.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
