Role: Payroll
Location: Corporate Office, Old Airport Road, Bangalore
What Youll Do:
- Role focuses on strengthening payroll governance through validation and quality checks.
- Ensures accuracy of payroll inputs like attendance, allowances, and incentives.
- Cross-verifies data with biometric records, rosters, and HR policies.
- Conducts pre-payroll maker-checker reviews to avoid errors.
- Identifies discrepancies such as incorrect payments or duplicate entries.
- Ensures compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
- Maintains audit trails and supports internal/external audits.
- Prepares reports highlighting discrepancies and improvement areas.
- Contributes to process improvements, SOPs, and automation initiatives.
- Success measured by error reduction, audit closure, and timely validation.
Key Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Reduction in payroll errors / adjustments
- % of payroll inputs validated before processing
- Audit observations closure rate
- Turnaround time for validation and issue resolution
What We Are Looking For:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Finance, or related field
- 36 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or compliance
- Experience in multi-location organization preferred
