Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director / Senior Consultant to lead our Oncology department at Benovymed Healthcare Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology and a proven track record of providing exceptional patient care.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for cancer patients.
Conduct thorough medical examinations and diagnose cancer types.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in oncology and recommend new treatments.
Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of cancer biology, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior staff members.
