Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Oncology department at Benovymed Healthcare Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology and a proven track record of success in managing medical teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for cancer patients.
Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and services.
Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in oncology.
Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff and students.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in oncology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of cancer biology, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgical oncology.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and services.
