Job Description

Data Scientist :

Modeling: gradient boosting (XGBoost/LightGBM), GLMs, time series or NLP (depending on your roadmap) Experimentation: A/B testing, causal inference basics, uplift modeling (where relevant) Feature engineering: robust feature pipelines, leakage prevention, validation discipline Responsible AI / model governance awareness: explainability, bias checks, documentation Python Datascience stack: pandas, scikit-learn, MLflow (or similar), model evaluation rigor Ability to work with partners: translating business problems into ML framing.
