Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow development, integrations, and platform customization. The candidate will work closely with architects and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
• Work on Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs
• Implement and manage ACLs, workflows, and business rules
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow UI and integrations (React exposure preferred)
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects
• Support upgrade activities and platform enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
• Knowledge of ITSM / CSM / FSO modules
• Experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, APIs
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model and scripting
• Exposure to ACLs, UI policies, and workflows

Nice to Have

• Certifications: CSA / CAD
• Experience in Insurance / BFSI domain
• Knowledge of React or frontend frameworks

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong knowledge of integrations and platform customization
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
