NLP engineer:

Exp - 4+ yrs

We are looking for a skilled NLP/ AI-ML Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying conversational AI solutions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end chatbot solutions

Create and optimize conversation flows, intents, and NLP models

Integrate chatbots with APIs, payment gateways, and CRM tools

Monitor, enhance, and improve chatbot performance and user experience
