Assistant Facility Manager-Soft Services @ Sodexo Food Solutions

Job Description

• Manage and oversee daily operations of soft services, ensuring high-quality standards.


• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.


• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.


• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.


• Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance overall satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in soft services.


• Strong knowledge of Indian market trends and regulations.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.


• Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
