About The Job:

The role involves analysis and client support within the Investment environment, with particular focus on wealth management. With the right drive, value structure and willingness to learn the Applicant will be able to learn all the principles of Investment Management and how Investment Managers operate Models to diversify risk with the associated pre-trade analytics which are vital in managing investments. The environment is professional with a client list containing major Investment Managers. Delivering solutions and managing client expectations is a major factor when analysing/solving issues and providing client support.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Requirement Gathering
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and meetings with relevant stakeholders (business analysts, wealth managers, advisors, compliance officers, operations teams).
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business use cases from our clients and act as an internal stakeholder on their behalf.
  • Analyse and document business processes, using workflows where appropriate.
  • Translate client requirements into detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Validate requirements with clients through prototypes and walkthroughs.
  • Ensure requirements are aligned with the products best interest, regulatory obligations and industry best practice.
  • Implementation o Lead client onboarding and software implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
  • Configure the platform to meet specific client needs, including data migration, workflows, and integrations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between client teams and internal technical teams during implementation phases.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and documentation to support smooth adoption of the software.
  • Track and resolve implementation issues, escalating risks when needed.
  • Documentation
  • Produce clear and comprehensive documentation including requirement specification documents, process flows, and user guides.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of requirement specifications, user stories and internal guides.
  • Support the creation of knowledge base materials, training packs, and release notes for internal teams and clients.
  • Client Management o Build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Encourage adoption of best practice and product-friendly solutions that fulfill client requirements
  • Promote new developments to clients through demo and service calls.
  • Manage client expectations, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and proactive client communication.
  • Provide excellent client service to all levels of the business.
  • Communication o Build strong lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have strong client facing and written skills.
  • System Testing
  • Analyse system functions and investigate potential improvements.

Qualifications:

  • A Graduate with strong academic background. Further Information:
  • Understanding SQL is a plus. 
  • Agile training would be beneficial.
  • Industry experience would be beneficial
