Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Resolving queries from buyers, suppliers, and managers
Based on Tech Pack and fabric details need to work on costing and review with the manager for approval
Creating digital trims cards for approvals
Responsible for proto or Initial Sample (for fit and costing purposes).
If buyers confirm the Proto Sample, SMS, and price negotiation have to be done with the buyer
Submitting the fit samples after approval of fit sample responsible for getting approval for Size set samples or photo shoot samples,
PP sample, and Wash sample
Production files - After getting all approvals from buyers, handing over to the factories for bulk production
Coordinating bulk approvals and testing from the lab
Sending weekly production reports to the buyer
Review the bulk production orders material consumptions, rejections, etc.
System entries - Material Ordering, style creation, order creation, cost locking,
Shipment bookings - coordination with exports dept., shipment and vessel
Indenting for Marker and pattern and give it to SAM
Getting washing cost from the washing department as per the requirement
Indenting for Sampling along with trims and fabrics for fit and SMS
