Job Description

SUMMARY
Job Title: Indian Chinese Cook

Experience: 2 6 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time (Overseas)

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Indian-Chinese dishes (noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, soups, starters, etc.).

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.

Handle wok cooking and high-flame kitchen operations.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.

Follow standard recipes and preparation methods.

Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.

Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.

Work efficiently during peak hours and rush periods.

Salary: 40,000 Per month

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Hotel Management (preferred)

Experience: 2+ years as an Indian Chinese Cook

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in Indian-Chinese cuisine .
Expertise in wok cooking techniques.
Knowledge of sauces, seasoning, and food presentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
