We at Coforge are hiring an experienced Guidewire Claims Developer with strong experience in the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform to design, develop, and implement solutions within the P&C insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Guidewire configuration, integration, and customization, along with a deep understanding of claims lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions in Guidewire ClaimCenter based on business requirements
• Configure ClaimCenter components such as entities, enhancements, workflows, business rules, and UI (PCF)
• Develop and maintain Gosu-based code for application customization
• Work on Guidewire integrations using SOAP/REST web services and messaging frameworks
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and estimation activities
• Support production releases and provide L2/L3 support when required

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter Development
• Proficiency in Gosu, Guidewire configuration (PCF, Business Rules, Data Model)
• Experience with Guidewire Integration (SOAP/REST, Messaging)
• Solid understanding of Claims lifecycle in P&C Insurance
• Experience with Java, XML, SQL
• Knowledge of Guidewire Best Practices and Data Model

Good to Have

• Guidewire Certification (ClaimCenter Developer)
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud / Guidewire Digital
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with performance tuning and batch processes

Education / Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any Graduate.
