Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support) to troubleshoot complex problems.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or similar industry.
  
• Proficiency in automobile service, car service, dealer operations, product service, technical services, technical support, troubleshooting website troubleshooting software support.
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
  
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone or via digital channels.
