Site Engineer (PEB / Steel Structure Projects) @ Talent Corner

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring Site Engineers for an upcoming portfolio of projects across the Mumbai region including locations such as Karjat, Lonavla, Alibaug, and Pune. The company specializes in luxury prefabricated and modular construction innovative, design-led projects with premium clientele.

This is a residential site posting accommodation and food allowance will be provided.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day site execution for PEB and steel structure projects
• Read and interpret structural drawings, engineering plans, and blueprints
• Supervise contractors, labour, and site workforce
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment deployment, and scheduling
• Monitor and ensure quality standards at every stage of construction
• Maintain DPR and submit regular progress reports to the Project Manager
• Ensure site safety compliance and regulatory adherence

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on site experience
• Mandatory: Experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) or steel structure construction
• Candidates from RCC-only backgrounds will NOT be considered
• Willingness to stay on site (accommodation provided) for project duration of 68 months
• Strong communication, reporting discipline, and team coordination skills
