Mandatory Skill - Property & Casualty, P&C, Insurance, Gosu, PCF, Product Model, Configuration, Guidewire integration framework & Guidewire data model.

We at Coforge are hiring an experienced Guidewire Policy Developer with strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge to design, develop, and enhance Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across PolicyCenter configuration, integration, and deployment in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions
• Implement business requirements using Guidewire Gosu, PCF, and configuration tools
• Develop and customize product models, underwriting rules, workflows, and policy transactions
• Build and maintain integrations with external and internal systems using web services (SOAP/REST)
• Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and code reviews
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and support SIT/UAT phases
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Work closely with Business Analysts, QA, and other Guidewire developers
• Follow Agile/Scrum practices and contribute to sprint deliverables

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development
• Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance domain (Policy lifecycle, underwriting, rating)
• Proficiency in Gosu, PCF, Product Model, and Configuration
• Experience with Guidewire integration framework (Gosu APIs, web services)
• Strong understanding of Guidewire data model
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, Git, Maven, or similar tools

Good to Have

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud / Guidewire Upgrade projects
• Exposure to other Guidewire modules (BillingCenter / ClaimCenter)
• Knowledge of Guidewire Studio, UI enhancements, and performance tuning
• Guidewire or Agile/Scrum certification

Education / Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any Graduate.
