Requirements
- 11 to 13 years of overall experience with at least 7 years in program management roles leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
- Expert-level proficiency in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban, with proven ability to lead Agile project scoping, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management
- Candidate must have a technical development background in one or more of the following areas: .Net, Java, Frontend (Vue.js, React, Angular), Mobility (iOS, Android), or Fullstack development
- Strong client interaction experience with demonstrated ability to manage external stakeholder relationships, negotiate scope changes, and present program status to client leadership
- Comprehensive project management expertise covering full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including timeline development, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and quality assurance
- Advanced risk management capabilities including proactive risk identification, mitigation strategy development, issue resolution, and escalation management across multiple concurrent projects
- Demonstrated experience in revenue management, including forecasting, billing cycle oversight, invoicing accuracy, and revenue recognition aligned with project milestones
- Proven Profit and Loss ownership for programs or portfolios, including budget planning, cost control, margin optimization, and financial reporting to senior leadership
- Extensive change management experience including impact assessment, stakeholder readiness planning, communication strategy execution, and adoption tracking across large teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven ability to align expectations across executive sponsors, delivery teams, clients, and vendor partners
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery for multiple Agile projects ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives and client business goals
- Drive Agile project scoping sessions to define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements in collaboration with product owners and development teams
- Manage direct client interactions including weekly status reviews, steering committee presentations, scope change negotiations, and escalation resolution
- Oversee comprehensive project management activities including timeline creation, resource planning, dependency mapping, progress tracking, and delivery governance
- Implement robust risk management frameworks including risk registers, mitigation action plans, contingency budgets, and regular risk review cadences
- Own revenue management responsibilities including accurate effort tracking, timely client billing, milestone-based invoicing, and revenue forecasting for the finance team
- Manage Profit and Loss for assigned programs including budget adherence, cost optimization initiatives, margin improvement strategies, and monthly financial variance reporting
- Lead change management activities including stakeholder impact analysis, communication planning, training coordination, and adoption metric measurement
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across executive leadership, delivery teams, client partners, and external vendors ensuring transparent communication and alignment
