We are currently hiring for a DGM BIW Maintenance professional for our EV facility at Sanand, Gujarat. We are looking for professionals having 15-20 years of experience as follows:
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for overall BIW Maintenance activities of Fanuc Robots, Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley PLC systems and communication network, Device NET system Equipment troubleshooting, Uptime, Planning and execution of Preventive Maintenance, condition-based maintenance and guiding a team of Engineers and operators for Spare Parts Management, TPM with knowledge for SAP Module for PM and MM.
Job Description
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting for Fanuc robots , Bosch and Obara Weld controllers , Daily maintenance planning for line operation, PM and Repair activities.
- Trouble shooting for Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley PLC systems
- Spare and Tool procurement planning.
- Hands on experience of BIW Shop equipment such as Manual and Robotic IT Weld Guns (Tecna, Obara, Bosch, Arm Welders) , Fanuc make robots, PLC and Servo ( Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Festo), Shuttle conveyors, Drop Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Sealant Systems, Stud and MIG Weld equipment, Hand Tools ( Pneumatic, DC, Battery operated) nut runners, pulse tool, riveting tool etc.
- Daily Breakdown analysis with ICA and PCA.
- Work allocation to team members as per skill.
- SAP knowledge for Material Procurement, Spare Management in SAP.
- Improvement in Weld shop Equipment reliability Ensuring safety standards in Weld shop operations
- MTTR and MTBF analysis and improvement actions
Education, Skills & Experience
- MANDATORY FULLTIME B.E or B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical)
- Experience : Minimum 15 - 20 years of Industry experience in the following key areas
- BIW Maintenance
- Robotics and PLC system
- Manufacturing process of BIW area
- SAP system for PM and Material Management
- Benchmarking / KAIZEN / TPM
- PFMEA / Problem Solving Techniques
- Managing team of Maintenance Engineers
- Excellent communications
