Handle employee queries via email, HR ticketing systems, or calls during PST hours
Support background verification and onboarding documentation
Generate HR reports (headcount, attrition, compliance metrics) and ensure data integrity
Assist with audits and compliance reviews
Partner with US HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal teams
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of experience in US HR Operations / HR Shared Services
Working knowledge of US employment laws and HR compliance
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Willingness to work night shifts aligned to PST hours
