• Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle customer inquiries, technical troubleshooting, sales, or collections for international customers.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer problems efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Customer Support: Provide support via phone while adhering to specific, international communication protocols.
• Documentation: Accurately log call details and update customer records in CRM systems.
• Goal Achievement: Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and call quality standards.
