Job Description Telesales Executive
Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Koramangala
Department: Sales
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Qualification: PUC / Graduate
Roles & Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers through calls and explain products/services.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain daily call records and update CRM/system.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills.
Convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Languages:
English + Kannada
Salary:17,000 to 20,000
Working Days/Timing: 10am to 7pm
