Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Required Skills:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask between calls and written communication
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- B.E ,B.Tech,B.Sc,Post-Graduation Freshers are not eligible
