Job Description
Role Description:
Project Manager with hands-on experience in Stakeholder management, Project planning, Execution, Risk Management, Scrum Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Scheduling: Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Take responsibility for organizing the project effort to help it move forward in the agreed timelines of project delivery (Scope and Schedule), while maintaining transparency to all parties.
- Scrum Management: Handle end-end Scrum ceremonies during PGS hrs. and collaborate with US Delivery Manager
- Team Leadership: Leading, coaching, and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Providing regular project updates to stakeholders and managing expectations.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential issues and implementing solutions upfront with business. Highlight Risk and create Mitigation plans & communicate to stakeholders (Business, Product etc.)
- Quality Control: Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Possess Strong communication skills to effectively gather and understand business requirements from business, product and SMEs
Other Responsibilities:
Familiarity with Budget Management
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, good documentation skills, strong communications and interpersonal skills, and good time management skills.
Good aptitude and a positive attitude. Must be a good team player. Good learnability and quick grasping, stretch mindset, ability to train junior team members
Asset Management experience is preferred (Not Mandatory)
Reporting relationship:
This role will report to Senior Delivery Manager / Program Manager.
