About the Client:

We are looking for a skilled TM1 Developer with hands-on experience in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) to design, develop, and maintain planning and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in TM1 development, data integration, and automation using TurboIntegrator (TI) processes.

• Design, develop, and optimize TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, and feeders
  
• Build and maintain TurboIntegrator (TI) processes for data loading and transformation
  
• Automate data orchestration and integration with external systems
  
• Develop and maintain TM1-based planning, budgeting, and forecasting models
  
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system efficiency
  
• Provide application support including incident resolution and system maintenance
  
• Conduct security reviews and ensure data integrity within TM1 models
  
• Perform testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing)
  
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  

• Strong experience in TM1 development and TI programming
  
• Good knowledge of SQL databases and query writing
  
• Experience with Microsoft Excel VBA for building interfaces and automation
  
• Familiarity with ODBC connections and data integration techniques
  
• Understanding of planning and analytics workflows
  
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
  

• Experience in financial planning or analytics systems
  
• Exposure to reporting tools and dashboards
  
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and methodologies
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  

• Quick starter with a proactive approach

• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) development
  
• Strong working knowledge of TurboIntegrator (TI) processes, cube design, rules, and feeders
  
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and reporting
  
• Experience with Microsoft Excel VBA for automation and interface development
  
• Familiarity with ODBC connections and data integration techniques
  
• Basic understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes (preferred)
  
• Experience in application support, including troubleshooting and incident resolution
  
• Knowledge of testing methodologies (unit testing, integration testing, UAT)
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and business processes
  
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
