Job description :
Responsibilities:
Graduate / Post Graduate commerce resource with 1-5 years of experience preferably in a utility services organization
Excellent process knowledge on receivables processes in a utility services company
Expertise on billing calculations, research & ensure on track processing of billing exceptions
Demonstrate proficient communication skills - written and verbal
Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills
Demonstrate analytical and critical thinking skills
Communicate with client on query clarification and assist team leader in managing the day to day operations
Ability to think through and provide ideas to the Team Leader
Job Location : Hyderabad
Qualification : Any full time graduate
Shifts : Flexible to work in shifts
Experience : 1 -5 years
SAP Tool experience is mandatory.
