Good Worker is built on Affinity, an open and interoperable ecosystem that enables users to have control and ownership over their data.

We are looking for a world-class team to build and scale our startup to reach several million workers by 2025.
This role at Good Worker provides a unique opportunity for a high performing individual to have broad impact. You will work closely with a talented and diverse group of engineers, product managers and industry experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Write efficient, well documented and highly readable code
- Research and learn new product disciplines
- Define development plan based on the request and maintain on-time delivery
- Maintain stability of your project and overall system health post-release
- Organize code reviews with peer and develop best coding practices
- In-depth knowledge of database design and optimization
- Work well with global teams across different time zones effectively
- 7+ years of full-time experience as software developer
- Expert in Node.js, React.js and React Native, ideally using Flow or TypeScript language extensions
- Hands-on experience creating public, complex systems using multiple languages
- Extensive knowledge of agile software development
- Experienced in developing responsive, interactive websites
- Experience writing unit, functional test, integration cases
- Experience building / consuming OpenAPI (Swagger) and GraphQL specifications
- Experience of building systems with high data protection requirements, anonymous data and data encryption
- Experience of building systems that do require cryptography
- Experience of building authentication systems, understanding of common authentication patterns
