Job Description
As we expand, we are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure our clients achieve success with our products.
What Youll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and helping them leverage our platform effectively.
- Proactively monitor client performance, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing any challenges.
- Provide strategic recommendations and data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to advocate for client needs and drive continuous improvements.
- Track key account metrics, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in Ad Tech, MarTech, or Digital Advertising.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and analytics tools.
- Experience with third-party attribution tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch etc).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales experience either upselling, cross-selling, or both are required.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Fluency in English
- BA - a must, preferably in Economics, Business Management or other similar fields
