Role Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in Next.js, React, and TypeScript to build scalable, high-performance, and user-centric web applications. The role involves leading frontend development initiatives, designing reusable UI components, and collaborating closely with backend, product, and design teams to deliver modern enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in production-grade React development, component-based architecture, responsive UI design, API integration, and frontend engineering best practices.
Role and responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of frontend applications using Next.js (App Router preferred), React, and TypeScript.
- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI components following modern frontend engineering standards.
- Develop responsive and accessible web interfaces aligned with UX and design guidelines.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data handling efficiently.
- Work with modern React features including hooks, state management libraries, and component lifecycle optimization.
- Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure frontend performance optimization, browser compatibility, accessibility compliance, and responsive behavior.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce frontend development best practices.
- Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, release management, and production support activities.
- Contribute to CI/CD and modern frontend deployment practices.
Technical skills requirements
- 5 - 10 years of frontend development experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Next.js (App Router preferred) and TypeScript.
- Strong experience building production-grade React applications.
- Expertise in React hooks, component-based architecture, and state management.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data workflows.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and modern frontend architecture.
- Experience working with UI libraries and accessible interface development.
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and clean coding practices.
- Good analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related science field or equivalent. In lieu of degree nine years (total) relevant experience will be considered
