Job Description

Detail-oriented QA to audit US mortgage/lending operations - voice and non-voice processes, surface defects and risks, and drive corrective actions through trend analysis, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up.

  • Audit US mortgage/lending operations - voice and non-voice transactions against defined quality standards.
  • Analyze results and publish defect/risk trends with clear insights.
  • Create QA checklist with the help of process SOP
  • Recommend targeted actions to reduce errors and improve process performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement improvements and prevent recurrence.
  • Escalate high-severity or repeat issues and support resolution with leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 45 years in QA/audit; Must have US mortgage/lending operations experience.
  • Strong analyticsMIS, trend reporting, scorecards; advanced Excel preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management to drive closure on findings.
  • Root-cause analysis skills; working knowledge of sampling and audit best practices.
  • High attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
