Were Hiring: Senior System Engineer (System Admin)

Location: Mumbai
Notice Period: Immediate / Up to 15 days
Experience: 5+ Years

Note:- Candidate should be ready to relocate in Mumbai.

Windows Server (2016/2019)
Active Directory (User & Group Management, Configuration)
VMware ESXi 7.x
Hyper-V
DNS & DHCP Support
O365 & Exchange Online

Role Overview:
Install, configure, and maintain systems & applications
Manage virtual environments ensuring performance & security
Troubleshoot AD, DNS, DHCP-related issues
Monitor systems and collaborate with teams for quick resolutions

Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and design IT infrastructure strategies
Manage helpdesk resources and track weekly workflow
Handle IT asset inventory and allocation
Coordinate with vendors (ISP/OEM) for requirements & AMC
Install, upgrade, and configure server hardware & software
Support and maintain Windows & network servers
Perform snapshot management before major changes
Generate server performance reports (CPU, memory, etc.)
Handle basic networking (routing, switching, troubleshooting)
Manage and track tickets via ticketing tools
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and documentation
Provide team training and coordinate with support teams
Execute OS upgrades and mail server migrations
Participate in on-call support and escalation management
