1. Should have good experience in designing and implementing Sterling Order Management based solutions.
2. In depth understanding of the Sterling OMS
Sterling OMS architecture - database modelling, integration and agent architecture, protocols, webservices, api, properties
DOM, GIV
Participant modelling, Payment Processing, Process Modelling
Application Platform
RCP, UI Customization
Logistics, Reverse Logistics

Customization capabilities
3. Hands on experience in one or more of the following
Purchase and demand planning
Supply collaboration
Inventory management
Catalog management
Sales order fulfilment
Data warehousing requirements
Logistic managements and carrier routing
Payment compliance and settlement systems
4. Good knowledge of System components, APIs, and related Interfaces
5. Should have been part of projects involving integration between Sterling and other applications.
6. Software packaging experience using the following tools: Websphere, J2EE, including Java, JSP,
7. Good understanding of JDBC, Servlets, SOA Architecture, Web Services, JMS messaging, XML, XSLT, XPath
8. Exposure to agile and tools like Jenkins, GIT, JIRA is desired.
9. Worked on installation, upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting of infrastructure used in projects involving sterling order management systems
10. Good communication skills.
11. Ready to travel on short term and long term assignment.
12. Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
13. Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
14. Report all suspected security and policy breach to Infosec team or appropriate authority
15. Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities
