Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide production support for IICS applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot technical problems using tools like SAS, Informatica, and ITIL processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of errors and implement corrective actions.
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24x7 coverage.
