Role & responsibilities
Multiple positions at T1/T2 Airport, Andheri
1. HVAC Engineer Mechanical
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise HVAC systems and related installations across airport facilities.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment including AHU, FCU, chillers, ventilation systems, and ducting.
- Monitor project execution, installation quality, and lifecycle delivery of HVAC projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project completion.
- Prepare estimations, BOQs, technical reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
- Support energy optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Conduct inspections and ensure timely rectification of technical issues.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.E. Mechanical with strong expertise in HVAC systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing major HVAC installations.
- Exposure to electrical systems and integrated MEP services preferred.
- Knowledge of estimation, project execution, and facility operations.
- Good understanding of safety practices and compliance standards.
2. Electrical Engineer Projects & Maintenance
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical systems and maintenance activities across airport operations.
- Handle installation and maintenance of electrical panels, transformers, LT/HT systems, DG sets, and utility equipment.
- Coordinate mechanical utility systems such as VHT, Pumps, STP, and BHS operations.
- Prepare estimations, BOQs, cost analysis, and project execution plans.
- Ensure lifecycle delivery and timely completion of electrical projects.
- Monitor contractor performance and maintain project quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, SOPs, and statutory compliances.
- Maintain technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.E. Electrical with strong technical expertise in electrical systems.
- Experience in airport, infrastructure, facility management, or industrial projects preferred.
- Exposure to mechanical utility systems like STP, Pumps, and BHS is mandatory.
- Knowledge of estimation, project coordination, and compliance management.
3. QA/QC Engineer Electrical
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor QA/QC activities for electrical installations and project execution.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks for electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Prepare estimation sheets, BOQs, technical reports, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain records related to inspections, audits, and compliance activities.
- Support project execution teams in ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, statutory regulations, and airport safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.E. Electrical with strong experience in QA/QC functions.
- Proficient in estimation and project documentation.
- Exposure to electrical installations and infrastructure projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of safety standards, compliance procedures, and quality systems.
