     Job Summary

    We are hiring energetic and passionate Telemarketing / Telesales Executives for our growing travel and tourism business. Candidates with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply.


     Position Details

    • Job Role: Telemarketing Executive / Telesales Executive

    • Working Days: 6 Days a Week
      Note: Saturday & Sunday are working days; weekly off is rotational

    • Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day

    • Shift: General


     Salary Structure

     

    • Delhi: Up to 24,000 Net Take-Home + Incentives + PF + Insurance

    • Lucknow: Up to 18,000 Net Take-Home + Incentives + PF + Insurance

    •  

    (Final salary based on interview & experience)


     Eligibility Criteria

     

    • Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

    • Languages Required: Hindi & English

    • Gender: Male & Female

    • Age Limit: Up to 30 Years

     

    • Provident Fund (PF): Yes

    • Medical Insurance: Yes

     

     Key Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers

    • Promote holiday packages and travel-related services

    • Convince customers to visit the company venue (no direct sales closure)

    • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

    • Generate leads and fix appointments

    • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

    • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

    • Follow up on leads and assist with booking closures

    • Provide after-sales support and collect customer feedback


     Candidate Requirements

    • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English

    • Prior telesales/telecalling experience preferred

    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused


     Preferred Sales Background

    • Credit Card Sales

    • Personal / Business Loan Sales

    • Insurance & Banking Sales

    • Product Sales

    • Holiday Package Sales (Highly Preferred)
